NEW: Before the start of the Foreign Affairs Council, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark will deliver a letter to the High Representative officially informing him that Denmark has ended its policy of non-participation in the common security and defense policy, followed short statements. It will take place in Room A at 8:45 a.m. and will be open to the media.
Meeting point for those interested: VIP entrance at 8.30 am.

The press conference will take place in a hybrid format: journalists accredited to the EU will be able to participate and ask questions remotely or in person in the ECCL press room in Luxembourg.
