UPDATE: 14-year-old girl missing from state fair has been found to safety


UPDATE: At 4:30 p.m., the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension announced that Carmen Nunez had been located by law enforcement and was safe.

Law enforcement thanked everyone who helped share information about the missing girl.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for help in locating a girl who went missing from the state fairgrounds around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Carmen Brooke Nunez, 14, is described as five feet tall and slim with brown hair and brown eyes.

BCA says she was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie with white lettering on the front and light blue baggy jeans. She could also wear an olive green shirt.
